This notice describes how Gabriel Rising processes the personal data of site users, in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).
Data controller

Data collected
We collect the email address of newsletter subscribers, the data entered in the contact form (name, email, reason, message) and the IP address for anti-abuse purposes. We also collect navigation data necessary for the technical operation of the site.
Purposes and legal basis
Contact and newsletter data are processed on the basis of the data subject's explicit consent, to respond to requests and send musical communications. The IP address is processed for the legitimate interest of preventing abuse.
Retention
Newsletter data is retained until unsubscription. Contact messages are retained for the time strictly necessary to handle the request.
Recipients and third parties
Data may be processed by technical providers (hosting, the Base44 platform) and, for the newsletter, by the HubSpot service, which acts as an independent controller. YouTube videos are embedded in "no cookie" mode.
Data subject rights
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, object to, limit the processing of, and withdraw consent for your data. To exercise your rights, write to contact@gabrielrising.it.
